Our candles have always been, and always will be, hand mixed and hand poured…..."Handmade from start to finish".
Cabin Candlery® produces candles with the highest toss of fragrance, using their accelerated essences. Each fragrance is matched to its proper dye and they are mixed by hand, using only the highest quality of paraffin wax available. The fine essences that give our candles their high fragrance and natural aroma, are made by expert perfumers.
They contain oils and extracts, so their scents carry the natural and therapeutic values nature offers us. The brilliant colors in our candles come from highly condensed dyes, specially selected for their natural hues. We do not use plastic additives. The results are candles that have a more natural fragrance and will burn cleaner and longer

OUR HISTORY
Cabin Candlery® was founded in 1994 through the dreams of Joanne & Dick Brown. Through education and determination, they discovered the recipe for

poured candles made in the U.S.A."™
Their journey through this took them from their garage, into a small warehouse, and next it took them to the 10,000 sq. ft. factory in Raymond, ME, where they became one of the biggest employers in that town for several years.
The bump in the road...they were moving again, but this was because Dick became very ill. First they moved to North Carolina, then eventually, to Florida. For the next couple of years, Joanne tried to continue with their dream, but as Dick's condition worsened, Joanne knew it was just a matter of time before she would have to give up their dream.
In September, 2008 they graciously put their final sales up on the website, deciding to end the dream.
We met Joanne by fate and after talking with her and meeting Dick, we knew what we wanted to do. Dick lost his battle with his illness in October, 2008, but he went with knowing that his hard work, determination, and his dream would be carried on.
As the new owners of Cabin Candlery®, it gives us great pleasure to share with you that, Master Candle Crafter and originator of Cabin Candlery®, Mrs. Joanne Brown, is part of our team. She will insure that we continue
